I started Lighthouse Hospitality during a time when small businesses were fighting to stay afloat — and I decided to be the person who actually helps, not the one who says “have you tried posting more on Instagram?”
Based in Defford, Worcestershire, delivering training across the Midlands and the UK, my career spans over 24 years and counting in several countries including Spain and Australia. From the local pub to luxury hotels, I have loved every step.
My goal is simple: give independent restaurants, pubs, cafés, bars, and hotels affordable, realistic support so they can not only operate, but genuinely thrive. Every small venue deserves its moment to shine, and if I can help you get there, I’ll bring all my experience, straight‑talking guidance, and a healthy dose of humour to make the journey a lot less stressful.
